This place has changed drastically since my last review. Ownership/manager has changed a few times? I used to go once a week and the same people worked there, now it’s someone new every single time I walk in. The new employees are too busy playing with their own devices and juices to help anyone. The last time I needed coils, I stood at the counter for at least four minutes before being acknowledged by the two workers who were sitting down on their phones. Nobody knows anything about anything in the store and it seems they’re not able to keep the store properly stocked anymore as they’re constantly out of juice and supplies for weeks and months at a time. Really disappointing that this place went from being the most helpful, competitively priced shop to just another Arkansas vape shop with burnouts and people who’d rather be dead than help anyone.

If you don't have the right vibe and cool rig, don't expect decent customer service. Would have been nice to have my purchase demonstrated/explained or return policies mentioned at the time of purchase. Was talked into this purchase also because I was told my current tank wasn't working (Vapor World confirmed shortly after it was just a bad coil). Honestly, I don't understand why cool guy mentality should trump customer loyalty. Hurts. Not a place for casual vapers or those trying to quit smoking. Left today and truly felt like crying. I won't be back.

Went in and purchased a new model and tank, and an extra pack of coils. Great so far, until of course I have to open the new pack of coils, the box contained only 2 coils, which should have been 5, but they were the incorrect coils. I get that we all make mistakes, but at least make sure that you are giving your customer the correct product, let alone trying to get over on them when selling them a 5 pack when only 2 are in the box. Yeah same on me for not checking when I was there.

Gabby is the manager there and she's the bees knees!! Not only are they super friendly, they are also very helpful and have no problem handling customers when they are busy....unlike other places ive been who would cut me short to get the next in line...here at Vapor Maven, its like your family, and i love that!!
