There's always a heavy cloud of smoke inside the store and the staff members act like they don't care if you are there or not. There is one employee who is very nice I was literally ignored for 10 minutes while one man talk to the clerk about trading motorcycles and there was a line of people waiting

Beware DO NOT GO HERE. Sells you a defective product and tells you to call a China number and that they can’t help you. Even after coming in a week later, instead of exchanging the product like he should have because of the 14 day return policy, tells me it’s the coil and has me purchase another coil knowing that I have an extra coil with my 75$ vape purchase. After, changing coil still doesn’t work bc I didn’t bring my own oil In to make sure it worked before I left the store. Because the only employee/manager tells me it’s my coil and that the corporate manager quit a week ago, I wasted 130$ in vape and oil. Would not suggest this place very rude and don’t care about helping u after getting ur money.

Horrible company, unfortunate that the regional is a kid who doesn't know what he is doing, he is a cocky child who lies to his employees and treats them like dogs. the employees are underpaid, under trained and thrown to the wolves. if you're looking to leave with a bad taste in your mouth this is the place to shop for you !
