Had great help in my purchase. The only thing I believe is needed is a little better knowledge on the product. I'm sure a little training would work s little wonders... employees never like to tell someone oh well I don't know. Over all great experience

Over priced. Trashy customer service. Lounge. ALOT of underage kids in there especially for Paragould. -negative 1 star.

Prices are way too high for vaping and for smoking accessories. I also question the ethics of this company.

They sell good quality merchandise, but a couple of the employees were ass#@!&$-I mean straight up jerks. I went in with my 35 year old daughter to purchase some "juice" and the guy in there was wearing DARK sunglasses,leaned back like some kind of thug, and blew a great big puff of nasty smelling smoke right in our faces when my daughter asked for some brand of juice for her vape thing.The guy paused for about 15 seconds as if he was having to physically rub 2 brain cells together to kick start his thinking process, and managed only to grunt. He finally had enough energy to get up off his backside and get what my daughter asked for. He then just stood there, so I said, " Do I pay here or at the cash register" ? He sauntered over to the cash register, rang up the amount and once again stood there either once again rubbing together brain cells or forgetting that most humans are not psychic and cannot read his mind. I looked over at my daughter and asked HER how much I owed and she said I think it's 10 dollars and tax. The guy once again got that cell group working and finally got a "yeah" to come forth. I handed him a twenty and thankfully his counting skills were Superior to his verbal and social skills, because I got the right change. The other guy I came across in there was basically more interested in his little friends seeing him at work while they stood around and saw which one could blow the biggest cloud of vapor. I felt like I was in the 10th grade again, which was about the age of his buddy and his girlfriend and the PDA was a bit much to stomach on an early morning. Maybe it was the guys kid brother or something but if the guy had just not been trying so hard to act like the "boss" to impress the kids then it wouldn't have been so bad. I did come in again at a later date with this same guy and he was completely helpful, with no bad attitude at all. But, he should never have been that way in the first place. I really almost turned around and walked out when I saw it was him, but I was picking up a specific juice there that my daughter wanted so I took a chance. They just seem to have a lot of different employees, and I have zero tolerance for someone working in a business for a wage and not at least TRYING to do a good job. If I were the owner that was paying someone to work for me, I would expect them to work, not to be a smart ass, have their friends come visit, or to sit on my butt and act like I was running a drug ring. I really dislike going here for those reasons, but they do offer a better quality of items. I just wish the people working there had the knowledge and experience in dealing with the public that a couple of other places in town have. I know others who have had similar experiences, but this is my review and so, my opinion.
