I called this Chuckin Clouds location to ask about a specific mod and if they had it in stock. I live in a rural area about 45 Miles from the store and after telling me he had the item in stock, refused to discuss the price over the phone. I was willing to make the drive and pay a premium price over online dealers to have the product today (the only real advantage of buying from this store as I already knew the exact model I needed.) In this odd strategic attempt to combat online competitors you seem to be, at least in my case, accomplishing the exact opposite.

This place has come along way, nice employees, and I like the new look, suites the store, fair prices, and tennative employees, that do the best they can while following the rules, definitely deserve 5stars now.

The staff is not helpful at all. All questions were dismissed by them saying fda has rules against them even hello,g you set up a new vape. Wouldn't help me so I didn't buy one. Will not go back
