My bf and I went in Thursday afternoon and absolutely hated the experience. He told the employees he wanted something fruity, they gave each other a funny look like there was something wrong with wanting something fruit wise. My bf then smelled one of the bottles and the girl said “bottles are sealed”. Um first of all it wasn’t, second of all what is that supposed to mean? and third of all say “customers are not allowed to smell bottles” not “bottles are sealed,” that’s confusing. I have never been in a vape store that wasn’t allowed in. The girl employee had an attitude the whole time. How about put up a sign and not give customers an attitude for doing something they weren’t aware of. My bf loved the juice he got but we are NEVER going back.

Went there back last year for the first time... And they hooked me on the watermelon jolly rancher it was delicious... Went back several times since and it just hasn't been the same... It's like they changed the formula...I have bough other flavors and non of them hold up to the standard of the first one I bought... The staff on the other hand has always been nice and place is clean and presentable... But if the product is no good I can't say much for the place it's in..

Staff was not nice at all, The juice made me sick I am not sure if it was the incorrect nicotine amount or what but I know it is the last time I buy juice from anywhere that makes it in-house. I kept thinking about it being made in a dirty sink. The whole experience just left a bad taste in my mouth in more ways than one
