Friendly Service and Always Helpful... All the guys that work here are always willing to help. Your always welcome to stay and have a free puff of all there nice flavors. They only sell brand name and very affordable. If you have any question they will answer all your vapor needs.

I recently bought an E-Cigar from Via Vapor and I love it. I took it with me on vacation and received several compliments about my E-Cigar. Unfortunately, on the return trip I took my E-Cigar with me on an airplane. At the time I had no idea that the carborizer containing the e-juice needed to be separated from the electronic component. Because of this the e-juice ran into the electronic component and shorted it out. The fellas at Via Vapor were kind enough to educate me and to make sure that I had a full E-Cigar that worked. I will most certainly continue to make purchases here.

Best juice hands down. Not too happy about how long it takes to get as device replaced with warrenty, but other than that great place.

These guys are awesome. Every time I go in Tubbs and Shu make sure I walk out working. Reasonable prices and great customer service is what these guys are all about. Whether you want some juice or hardware these guys know what they're talking about. These guys also support local juice makers so you always know where your juice is coming from. If you go in on the right day you may even have the chance to talk to one of the makers. I did.

I love this place because these folks really want to help people, to set them free from the dangerous habit of smoking, yet offer an alternative to take its place. E-cigarettes will ruin your appetite for cigarettes once you get used to them. The owner, Shu, (I may have his nickname misspelled, he is a man with integrity and he hires people who know how to give amazing and amiable customer service. They also understand all about the technical aspects of how the E-cig works, and they help explain how to use them. The owner and his workers take time to work with you in a personable way, as they help you decide what's best for you. They go the extra mile and even give you freebies. Sometimes they have sales. Even though the vapor business is facing the usual government unfairness and incompetence, Shu still sees his business as a mission and a way to set people free. I think Shu will come up with a new business model altogether, as the others that are in it for the wrong reasons, will fall off the face of the earth. He can bring honor to the business, and he can make it work if he persists in separating his business model from the many other trashy ones out there.
