I normally don't leave negative reviews but this location need s better policy for returning puff bars that don't work straight of the box. I've spent a lot of money on dud puff bars and the company never messages back or calls back like they say they would. Disappointed with everyone's dishonesty to make them not do any exchanges for the real dud puff bars! They have a amazing staff but need to look into this better. The dud puff bars don't even light up and the used puff bars have 3 blinking lights so I don't see why they can't just have you bring the device in and see for themselves it's a dud and then exchange it. Puff bar company is a extremely hard company to get in touch with and the stores selling them should have a better way to help out people buying the products.

I drive from Maricopa to this location. Gavin is the most helpful guy EVER!! He is super knowledgeable, and was able to answer all my questions. There is also an assistant manager, I didn’t catch her name, that was also amazing!!! Overall if you want a good experience, this is the place to go to!!

This place is chill. Everytime I go there I'm greeted and cool staff. Always hooks me yo with good flavors. You can even just ask for a preference and they'll give you a good choice 4/5 times. Seriously go there and check them out.
