Just finished buying a Mi-pod from the thunderbird store in Arizona. My sales person Japhet is awesome. Told me everything I need to to know and made sure I was happy with my purchase of my new Mi-pod. Great job Japhet.

I had a few really good experiences when I began shopping here and now it's just annoying. They seem to always be randomly closed. Unfortunately they're the only place that carries my coils. My last visit there really is what upset me. Over my time shopping there I've racked up 3 or 4 "rewards" punch cards that are all 1-3 punches away from redeeming. If you're not familiar with how they work you get a free 30ml bottle after filling out ten punches. You get a punch for every $20 you spend. The gentleman there last Monday insisted it was impossible to combine them (I have a total of 27 punches across 4 cards) which is silly, but I didn't argue. I spent $59 and some change last visit and the gentleman took the card with the least amount of punches and gave me 2 since I didn't spend the full $20 to earn the third punch. Again silly, but I understand not earning the third punch. What irked me is he refused to put the two punches on my card with 9 punches so I could redeem one of these cards. Long story short, I'm in the market for a new tank now so I don't have to come back to this location. They have crappy hours, kinda rude staff, randomly close and seem to be doing nothing to hire more people despite having had a "help wanted" sign on their door for the better part of this entire year.

Showed up at 4 o clock on a Tuesday and the door was locked. Open sign flashing in the window too but no employees present.
