Friendly and knowledgeable. There's a chill sort of atmosphere about the place. They always have answers to my questions and will take the time to share them with me. Also, they have consistently made efforts to ensure I'm not spending money needlessly. Definitely recommend.

Great vape shop. Not my favorite, that goes to River City Vapes in Edmonton, but Northwind is a close second.

This place is the best! They are always so helpful. When I can't get my vape opened they open it for me free of charge. Best customer service in Red Deer!

Bought a new set up today from a very nice girl! I'm a very casual and clueless vaper. She showed me my options, explained everything very well. Once I picked one out she set everything up for me and filled it with ejuice so I could start using it right away. I will definitely be purchasing everything from North Wind from now on!

Northwind is absolutely amazing. The selection is incredible. Staff are super friendly and quite knowledgeable regarding the product. Wouldn't go anywhere else :)
