Worst possible customer service a person could possibly encounter. Even the store manager was rude beyond belief. At first entering the store you could hear loud chatting. Walking doen the first aisle was the lady later identified as the store manger and another clerk setting up sale tags. They were talking very loudly about a incident that happened a few days prior resulting in a customer being injured on there front walk way due to the ice and snow not being cleared. After walking around shopping in the store it was clear that these ladies put way more time into gossiping inappropriately about customers and and letting it be known they are tired of dealing with paying customers , then any effort made towards actual customer service! I picked up a clearance item clearly marked and was clearly the last on the shelf. It scanned at the till full price, due to the same thing happening at my prior visit to this same store i asked the clerk what the item came up as. She sighed and looked back at the list. 3.49$ she stated sounding annoyed. I said calmly they are marked at 1.00 Clearance on the shelf. She said well no they came up 3.49. I said id gladly go get the tag. The other clerk began to argue that the clearly rang up 3.49. I suggested she come with me down the aisle (that i had seen her setting sale tags down earlier) i showed her the clearance tag. She tore it off saying it was obviously moved by someone. I grabbed a second tag from the same spot, that was label the same product as the clearance a Tag and the same product i had grabbed. I simply said ok so they moved all the tags matching the products description to scam the store out of the last one on the shelf??. She told me i was wrong and to be quiet and listen to her. By the end i walked away from a few hundred dollar sale over a bag of cookie priced at 1.00. This store staff should be ashamed of themselves. If you don't enjoy your jobs or appreciate your customers im pretty sure no one would mind if u went to work in a place not so customer service orientated. I will never enter this store again. Or recommend it to a single person.
