Initially good experience. However, bought a kit with a defective part rendering the product useless without it. Part could be replaced at customer expense. Beware, and try before you buy, as they do not aide the customer if you are unlucky and get an e lemon. Edit: Part was replaced two days later at no cost

Staff lacks knowledge, none of the employees build or know ohms law, a vape shop for beginners if you will, much better shops in walking distance.
