Called for the first time, they would not give me a price over the phone for coils. Obviously they do not stand behind there product. Shaddy! instead of worrying about your competition's pricing make your own pricing fair.

Absolutely terrible. Staff is INCREDIBLY rude and have no problem selling you a completely defective item and then tell you you can’t return it. will be dealing with the manager as soon as possible.

A customer service rep named Josh was extremely helpful in finding a setup that was perfect for me. Very knowledgeable and personable. Through conversation he gave me the tools I needed to make an informed decision on my purchase! He also encouraged me to take my time and try out a bunch of different juices to maximize the enjoyability of my vaping endeavours. 10/10 Will be returning here for all future purchases and inquiries. I'd strongly encourage anyone (from vaping veterans to people who are just starting out) to hit up One Stop Vape Shop. Customer service here has gone above and beyond the call of duty to create a relaxing atmosphere and overall, one very satisfied customer.

Selling kits you dont carry the coils for is shady af Get handed the wrong coils? Guess what you cant return or exchange them. Nope you just...dont get what you need. You get handed a bottle of juice you dont even want and cant vape cause THEY DONT CARRY the coils for the kit you bought from them. When trying to exchange the coils i asked if we could use the value of the coils and buy a new tank, pay the difference? Nope because "their boss is cheap and wont let them do that" This is abysmally bad customer service. An incredibly horrible policy. Showing their true colors, ive stopped going to OSVS and switched to the Greatest Vape. I found most vape shops in this city really dont care about the customers...but Greatest Vape is different. Chill, laid back, knowledgable and genuinely happy to see and help you...its worth the drive west-siders!!
