I cannot thank the owners enough for the help they give me when i need something. I am extremely grateful for them and their place of business. Not having to drive out of town to get vape products and components.This IS the place to go when you make that decision to " kick the CIGARETTE " Habit. Loyalty is " everything" for a place like this. I will continue to deal with Kaleb and his wife for as long as the store remains OPEN.

Terrible service. Guy looks out of it whenever I go in there. I have asked about coils and staff know nothing about them which is incredibly frustrating! In comparison, went to vape shop in Okotoks and staff there knew there stuff, knew all about coils and juices and which ones are best suited to the coil, etc. Renaissance Vape has a good selection of products, but staff are very unhelpful. Every. single. time. Its unfortunate that this is the only vape shop in town. Staff need to educate themselves better on the products they sell!!

Extremely good service, I don't actually know all their names yet and they don't know mine but if u ask them, I'm the guy that brings in the most business. They are always very helpful and they don't just sell vapes and stuff they actually know how to fix the problems that I've had with vapes in the past. Altogether they have the best selection of smoking and vaping related stuff in town and they are eager to help u find what u need. 11/10 recommend
