Great Environment, While some of the staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. 9/10 times I've been there I've had a great experience with the managers, However, recently hired staff have been witnessed by myself and my referrals to offer poor customer service, referring and boasting about the quality of other shops, and even picking on some of the less knowledgable customers. One time in particular one of the customers who hardly seems to leave the shop, a woman from another shop, and a employee ganged up on an older gentleman, feeding him false information, being extremely rude, and ultimately ripping him off. Vape Horizon is better than the majority of Vape Shops in Edmonton, but unless you're speaking to the Manager, Ken, who offers outstanding service, or are extremely familiar with vaping, I would avoid this shop.

Vape Horizon on 7603 104th St

One of the best places to pick up a new vape, and a great section of e juice. Their staff has great knowledge of what they sell and are always happy to help. They have a great selection to try out in store. Good hours and no pressure when trying to decide what you want. This is the place I visit most when in the area and need to pick up some new juice. Top Edmonton pick hands down. I got my aspire Cleto 120 Watt here and absolutely love it, great flavour and a ton of vapor.
