Alt Vape is one of my favourite shops, in Calgary at least. Cochrane that’s a whole different story. 3 out of the 4 times I’ve been in there I had the pleasure of dealing with Madison, the first time she sold me a vape that was way too weak for my liking by a brand that didn’t really come recommended by other vape shops. However She did explain that she was quite new and didn’t know the products very well so I took that into consideration. The second time I entered the store was a few weeks later I purchased a voopoo Navi from a male employee but ended up coming back the NEXT DAY as it was leaking like crazy. Madison was working at the time and said I could purchase a new pod and new coil and that should fix the problem. Any other vape store (including alt vape in Calgary) would have changed out my pod and the ONE coil for free or even exchanged the whole device, given that it was barely 24 hours from the time of purchase. That wasn’t the case here and she said there was nothing more she could do, I had to pay for it. But if I still had an issue she would just refund EVERYTHING, including the pod and coil. I returned a few day’s later with the same problem so she exchanged the device (and did NOT return the coil and pod I purchased like she said she would) this time I did purchase a new box of coils and juice. The issue I have here is that she didn’t ask me what coils I prefer, instead she just looked at the one I had and grabbed those. Now you might be asking yourself why I didn’t say something at the time, and the reasons for that is because I’ve never gotten a friendly welcome from her in any time I’ve walked into that store no matter how nice and friendly I am to her, and I constantly feel like I’m putting her out. Furthermore all I get is ‘I don’t knows’ when I ask her very simple questions and she makes absolutely zero effort in trying to find the RIGHT answer, most times she just makes a guess, and getting her to go above and beyond is like pulling teeth. I truly feel like management needs to step in and teach her how to deal with customers properly and give her more product training or to let her go and get someone else in that knows their job and can do it without leaving a bad taste in the customers mouth. For myself I know that if she’s there the next time I go in, I will turn around and take my business elsewhere.

Probably the Best Customer Service I have ever received at any vape shop hands down. Every time I have gone in there I leave pleased. Aside from never having a bad experience, I also find they have the best prices in town. Along with a sick points program.

Alt vape is by far my favorite vape shop, the staff is always super friendly and very helpful. They are really knowledgeable and always find the right product. Prices seem a little high at first but they have a great loyalty program and points add up quick which drives the prices WAY down!! All in all an awesome store!!
