I have yet to receive poor customer service, every time I go in the staff is always welcoming and friendly. The folks there know their stuff. Every recommendation they have given me has been spot on for what I'm looking for. Thanks for all your help guys!! Keep up the great work

The staff at Vapors is very kind and always happy to answer any questions I have. They all know their stuff so well and make sure I walk away happy with what Iām buying. Love this place so much, such a great selection of products. All my friends who I refer say they have the best time. Sarah is always so excited to help you out. Best smoke shop in Tuscaloosa.

Great staff and friendly environment. Always greeting when I walk in the doors. The manager is something else. He ALWAYS goes above and beyond to please the customer and always has a smile on his face. Great place for all your vaping and smoking needs. I even had to buy a couple vapors shirts since I go so much. ššš

Knowledgeable folks. Wide variety of both regular and salt nic juices with a menu that provides flavor profiles. Equally substantial stock of mods, tanks and other hardware and consumables. I just wish I'd found out about this store sooner.

A++ customer service. I stopped by just to grab some shisha and ended buying way more just because the young guy behind the desk was super helpful but wasn't pushy at all. Great guys.

I've been coming here FOREVER, or it feels like it at least! I Started coming here on occasion when I was going to school in Livingston and bought several great pieces over the years. Always had a great experience with the staff even though many of the great people that have worked at this location have come and gone over my years of patronage, They always seem to hire knowledgeable vibe-appropriate pro's. I lived in Mobile, Al for a short time and was so stoked to find out that their Mobile branch was right next to my new job! Now I'm living in Tuscaloosa and the shop I came up loving is still going strong 2 mins from my house. Can't say enough about these people. Prices are on point, the glass selection is always changing, they've recently updated the store's interior, they're always ahead of the curve for new vape equipment. Think I may go in for a new mod today, in fact!

Very knowledgeable about products. Patient and kind to those that aren't sure about the product and takes a little longer to choose an item. Great customer service. You are greeted immediately when you open door and there is not ever a long wait to be helped . I've visited other vape shops, and, not one can compare to this store. Shop!!!! You won't be disappointed. Great products and great prices
