This early a 3 or middle of the road on service is the best I can do based on having trouble with all of 3 different capes I have bought because of unresolved problems with the a previous vape up to 3 and counting. It seems the batteries will fail over minor issues including flaws in design, material, and/or touchiness. I have never been refunded or allowed to exchange a failed vape after only two to five days after The failed capes original purchase. The one I hope to exchange today I bought last week. If I am satisfied with their service response I might up my 3 to a 4 or even a 5.

First off, I usually have amazing customer service at Vape Eacape but on Friday about 2 or 3ish, the guy was on his phone, taking forever to anawer questions and when he did it really want complete. But the rest of the staff is awesome. Love that places even its a little higher than Vape Loft (you have to pay to taste juices and their penvape doesn't Work like at all. So you cant get an idea of what youre buying, and the proces are higher with less choices. This place does deserve a four star ratimg but it seema like evwrytime i go in there things and customer service is worse and worse.
