I've never written a negative review before now, but the disrespect we just experienced here is unacceptable. My bf and I just left this store, the employees seemed very nice at the first encounter. We purchased coils for a mod and some other items. When we got out into the car we opened the container and saw that the coils were too small. Within less than a minute of leaving the store he went back in to have them replaced and the employee accused him of stealing some bc apparently there were only 7 when there should have been 10. All we did was open the container and look inside! I dont know if their employees took them or they werent stocked right but regardless, we did not spend other money in the store to steal 3 coils that didnt even fit our mod!!! Just the audacity and disrespect is unreal. I will never shop here again and it just blows my mind that they would treat customers like that with absolutely no reason!! Alsk when he returned them this same employee put the container we returned that he accused us of 'stealing' out of right back into the box of other coils! If the next person gets a container with the wrong amount of coils dont try to return them unless you want to be accused of stealing.
