Absolutely love this store and the staff!! They are always happy to help you with all your vaping needs!! I've been shopping with them for the last 3 years and they have always treated me with nothing but kindness

Been buying from southside vape a while now and was happy and just to clarify if this situation gets resolved my review will change. Long story short I been buying some rda coils from them some coils are 20 some are 15 some are 10. For a while now,ive been buying cheap coils but still paying 20 dollars from one employee there . Another employee informed me i had been overcharged . Call the owner and at first his other employee didn't want to let me talk to him. After huffing and puffing and exhaling I got Marty and explained what was going on . Mind you I gave southside vape about 5 thousand dollars last year. Marty was just horrible,rude and was trying find excuse after excuse to blame me for over paying for the coils and was just so arrogant to me . When I told him I wasn't calling go,get anything from him just to,make him aware that someone may be pocketing money it,just be an error in the system he said oh ok. Lesson learned go to any other vape shop,in gadsden if they don't have what you need buy online . Not to plug other shops, but the shop right beside the golf course in the same shopping center as papa johns with a name kind if like a lynyrd skynrd song those folks goo out of their way for you and appreciate your business. So give money to these folks, but be aware they do no wrong so if they screw you over and even if its their fault you are out of luck . Don't get me wrong Joe is awesome, the creekwater juice guy is awesome . Marty and the kid ripping folks off (the smart elic,kid,thst drives a challenger ) are costing them business. I know,because people complain about the kid literally everytime I've been in there . I can deal with a smart elic kid but a smart elic owner I gave 5k to ? Shoot thanks for showing your true colors
