I was there around 11 today because I had a problem with my tank. I'm not from around the area and I'm only here for work. Well I go in thinking I'm probably going have to by a new tank. The gentleman working there was super helpful and friendly. He went the extra mile and got me fixed up and back on my way. 10 out of 10 will return because of his customer service.

I had a little problem and I went back in to see Dekota. He's a awesome guy. He knows what he is doing. I have been to other vape shops and didn't get this kind of service. Dekota took great care of me today!! All the guy's are great!! I highly recommend Planet Vape!! They carry a great line of juices!! Go in and give them a try.

These guys were extremely helpful. I can't remember the name of the guy that helped me, but it doesn't matter because all the sales guys in there were very friendly and very knowledgeable and had no issue explaining everything in non layman terms.

Has become 1 of favorite vape stop shop and hangout long enough 2 feel like part of the place, catch up on some coming soon, has beens, still greats, what's trending, and new innovations! This industry is improving at such a rapid pace and offering devices that will one day make cigarette smoking a thing of the past. I could sit and talk all day or just listen 2 others while shopping. Rated 4 stars because I'm not sure if they twist wire or not. That's my fault I should've asked but with the pod systems today I dont see 2 many Rda or Rtas.
