I love the place. The people there know what they are talking about and ate always willing to help you. The never rush to get you done and take time explaining everything. Also do they offer customized juice, mixed exactly the way you want it (PG/VG and flavor) to a killer price! Also is the assortment on products quite extensive.

Unfortunately, this was my FIRST vape shop. But they sold me a device that was double the online price. Which is fine, my mistake. However, the device broke on me, 34 days after I bought it. Because it was past 4 days, they couldn't replace it. I didn't want a refund. Just an exchange. The employee looked half baked.

The guy on day shift (greg) is very polite, accommodating and knowledgeable about the products and the juices. This is not the closest vape shop to me but I choose to go here instead of the other places because of this. It is also a very comfortable atmosphere as well. 5 stars really isn't enough for this place so I give it 10 stars.
