Wow Natalie at Southern Vape was very nice While explaining what I needed didn’t try to push me for the higher sell and overall experience was just very friendly and great!!!!

Poor customer service, sales associate spoke nervously and was rude. I asked a question about some juice and he kept working on whatever else rather than help me out. Almost like I was invisible in the store. Not sure how this place has almost 5 stars, I am most certainly they are family or friends giving positive ratings for good business.
