Iv been in my fist time couple months ago , I didn’t know a thing about vapors or vaping. Chance , was there she helped explain the whole process of how to clean an change out everything on my Vape was in no rush at all to help.have came in multiple times since. Always fast and easy and always a very down to earth just genuinely very nice staff. Good job guys👍🏻

Very clean and professional environment. Employee was very kind, knowledgeable, and patient! She took her time showing me the different ejuices and helped me choose which starter kit to get. She asked about my previous smoking habits and budget so she could get a feel of what I was looking for and what would benefit me the most. Highly recommend!

Stopped by there to get a bottle Of Pin Up Christie. I needed a 60ml bottle which I usually by for $21 at several other stores. They only have 30ml bottle for $21 in Christie. They have 60ml bottles in other Pin Up flavors for $25 and some change, so you get royally screwed on 30ml bottles and a little screwed out of 30ml bottles. If people weren't all to worried about taking advantage of the next person that comes along nowadays, it would be a whole lot better World to live in.

The woman who helped us was very kind and friendly! They carry lots of high-end brands for flavors, but are reasonably priced. Came here as an out-of-towner over Thanksgiving and loved it.

Won’t allow exchanges or returns! Bought wrong coil by accident, tried to exchange 10 minutes later unopened and sealed. Wouldn’t do it, and I had spent $100 in there! Bad decision! Vapor Forge exchanged them, no problem, and I dropped $500 on mods coils juice! Might want to rethink your policy! All over a simple box of coils! I just received an email for points I earned for my $100 purchase! Better check your system again! I would love a response from the owner! I shouldn’t have to contact them! I won’t be back!!! This is one of the best Vape stores in town. I had an issue with a bottle I bought they were so quick to take care of the situation. They have amazing customer service. If I lived closer this would be my go to shop every time
