I’m traveling on a long trip currently. I usually take the time to stop at as many well rated vape shops when I know I’ll be on the road for a long amount of time. This shop was highly rated and looked to have a nice selection so I decided to stop. The ratings we’re all wrong. They should have been 100/5 Stars. The staff was incredibly inviting, welcoming me in like it was home and fit my needs to a t. They were currently out of build kits as I was trying cut some cotton for my build so instead of sending me on my way with no help he cut and gave me me a few strips so I “wouldn’t be left stranded”. I would recommend this shop to anyone and I truly hope the staff is paid well.

Vulcan Vape on 2780 BM Montgomery St #100

Sean is a mad scientist. This is the only shop I've ever seen where they custom make your e juice. I told him that I "wanted to breathe sweet tarts." He asked me my nicotine level and my vg/pg preference. He turned around and a little of this, a dash of that, a few drops of this... Presto. A SILKY SMOOTH juice that tastes exactly like my favorite candy. I will never order juice online again.

I’m never going back to this store again. Used to have great service. I can buy the same devices and juice anywhere...but the guys attitudes have gotten increasingly short and worse over the past few years.

Very nice and friendly! Excited to help and cheaper than most without sacrificing quality. I was able to get a bottle and a mouthpiece for 6$!

I live in Chattanooga but come back hime to Birmingham twice a month and stop in to this shop nearly every time now. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, always going out of their way to help. In the age of "I'm cooler than you" vape shops, it's nice to have a place that simply does what is needed!
