Went n the store on September 10. The guy working was very nice , and he tried to fix my vapor. I bought a Stick V 8 about 2 months ago. It's been working great up until a few days ago. The employee told me they only had a 30 day warranty. I was pretty upset. I've spent about $175 there over the past 2 months on the vapor, juices, coils, etc. I understand the store had it's policies. The guy working told me I could contact the company that made the vapor. However, it seems like I was sold a product that wasn't very good. Plus, all the other money I had spent n there, well, I was kind of upset. Long story short, I want b back to S &L Vapes.

The room was so full of smoke I could barely see my hand in front of me when I opened the door. I almost just left at that point but I was on a mission. Customer service was hugely lacking as the young man who was supposed to be an employee there continued to place all his attention on his phone versus my questions. He outright admitted he knew nothing about cbd oil and vaping it. There prices are higher than what I can purchase online and since helping customers seemed to be such a bother I left without purchasing anything.
