Stacy is fairly new she is the owner’s sister. I don’t like change so when his daughter Courtney had to plan her wedding and fill in at the Jacksonville store. Well wa-la Introducing Stacy, Courtney is the best, along with Joe there is nothing these 2 cannot do. They do ANYTHING to help you. Well I wasn’t sure about Stacy until I watched her turn a total overwhelming situation at J’ville Brew & Vape into a delightful show. She quickly hid the “Oh No” feeling and look, and turned on a delightful show. She smiled and danced her way around the juices and customers ringing um out 1 by 1. Suddenly everyone was just watching and would stumble to find their words when she smiled and said “What nic level can I get this to for ya” it was great. She never lost her cool she just let Stacy take over. That was the day I really met that ball of delight. You won’t get one on her she will turn it around really quickly to her advantage. It is great and she has had the best training her! Joe and Courtney, so hey she has got this. Go down to Ecigg South 2 and see Stacy in her element. Thank you Stacy. But I do still miss Courtney, she’s the kind everyone wants to adopt. Everyone so courteous and kind. From a repeat customer Ms Rhonda.

Great place so many things to choose from you could spend hours in there and for the amount of things they have it was very well organized prices are a little high for my taste but then again I don't smoke those Vapes so I really don't know what they should cost.

Recently purchased a smoant Charon TS 218 touch screen mod and two of them were defective. They exchanged it again for a third one. Even though I was having problems with the mod they were very helpful and friendly and willing to exchange it for another one in hopes that it might work. It wasn't their fault that the mod wasn't working. It was simply a software error on the mod itself. I always like going here because they are very friendly and knowledgeable about different Vape equipment and juices as well.

This is definitely the place to go! They have all you need . The staff is awesome! They are knowledgeable and will definitely go out of their way to help you in any way. The store is always well stocked and always keep your favorites available for you.

Great people working there and good mods but they nic their juice and their selection is very small,and I don't like the nic they use! It's nice having a shop where I live but with such a small selection of name brand juice and the fact they nic it themselves, I won't be returning!
