Very helpful and friendly people. They make you feel very comfortable. They always remember what type of juice I like. They have a wide selection of vapes and are very cheap and reasonable compared to other shops. They also helped me set up my device and told me how to properly take care of it. I love this place.

Great vapes definitely recommend them one of the best around. The reason for three stars is because of the location it's a bit smaller than the citrus park location and there's no seats. Gets really crowded easily so sometimes it's a while wait. Not much convenient when the mall is busy hard to find parking. The female employees are friendly but others aren't as helpful. I think VaporFi would do a lot better if they're in a bigger location or relocate outside of the mall but either way highly recommend them for the vapes and different juices.

Been shopping here for more than five years. Great customer service service, the best crews compared to other branches. Price are a little on a high side, but you will get the best quality. Will only buy from here.

I had always avoided this store because of the prices. Then on a holiday weekend while at Brandon mall I ran out of juice. I was desperate and didn’t care about the price at the moment so I gave them a shot. Thank God I did! They have the absolute best service, supplies and amazing flavors. I’m a picky brat when it comes to trying new things and like to take my time about it. The employees are always extremely patient and give me full attention each time I go. Jay and Lauren even remember what mix I get when I can’t even remember it. Everyone is full of knowledge and won’t make you feel like a dummy when asking questions like a lot of other vaper shops in the area. Vaporfi actually ended up saving me money. The juices are so fresh and such high quality that they last longer and I only have to change my coil once every 4-6 weeks when I was burning through them every week. Needless to say it’s worth the price and as the saying goes you get what you pay for.

Only reason I even give them a 3 is because the customer service was very good. That being said I bought a vaporfi vox mini, the most expensive e cigarette I have ever bought ($80) and also the worst. The tank leaks, you get juice through the inhale port and it just hits crappy no matter how I set it. Maybe that's why it is $30 now.
